Assistant Business Manager (PT)
It’s not just a job, it’s a way of life. Keeping children and their families together since 1988, Topeka’s Ronald McDonald House Charities is recruiting for an Assistant Business Manager. Shifts are Mondays, Wednesdays & Fridays, 8 am – 5 pm. The Assistant Business Manager works in conjunction with the Business Manager to maintain financial accounts and invoices, prepare bank deposits, process accounts payable/accounts receivable and payroll. The Assistant Business Manager also provides administrative support to the CEO/Executive Director and assists with special event planning and coordination. Requirements include high school diploma/GED; minimum of three years of experience in a similar role; ability to pass a KBI background check; capability to carry objects up to 20 pounds; willingness to obtain and provide proof of annual influenza vaccination and follow all RMHC infection control protocols. The successful candidate will also possess strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills; proficient computer, database, and word processing skills; effective communication and analytical skills; a passion for the Ronald McDonald House mission and a compassionate, ethical, and empathetic character.
