While Rod Obermeier is new to the RMHC Advisory Leadership Council in 2018, he’s been one of our most active volunteers for the past two years. Rod retired from Payless ShoeSource following a 43-year career with the company and is very active with the Topeka Optimist Club. He and his wife Suzi spend hours at the Ronald McDonald House each week helping with the pantry, lawn and garden, painting and other handyman duties. Rod and Suzi also provide volunteer support for almost all of our fundraisers and other events. His passion for the Ronald McDonald House mission is quite a blessing!
